• The Department of Management

    o Chancellor- The Chancellor is the chief executive officer of RoleModels University and exercises broad authority over and is responsible for all aspects of the departments and administration.
    o Chancellor Asst.- The Chancellor Assistant is the Chairman of the RoleModels Board of Directors and the “right arm” to the Chancellor. This person is responsible for committees and special duties and projects, as assigned by the Chancellor.
    o Attorneys- The attorneys have experience with serving on the board of a nonprofit and/or have the capability of offering legal advice for a growing nonprofit.
    o Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O.) Our C.F.O has the ability to maintain an operation budget, and allocate funds properly.
    o Financial Advisors: Our advisors have experience with serving on the board of a nonprofit and/or have the capability of offering financial advisory that will consistently grow the financial portfolio of RoleModels University.

  • The Department of Financial Intelligence

    This department provides:
    o Financial literacy to Elementary, Middle-School, High-School students
    o Practical application of financial literacy that can break poverty cycles
    o Offer and/or explain retirement planning and products to grade school youth
    o The ability to utilize and teach financial literacy books, materials, exercises

  • The Department of Leadership and Mentorship Development

    This department provides:
    o Leadership development for Elementary, Middle-School, and High-School students
    o The ability to offer one-on-one inspiration to students
    o The ability to measure leadership development within the students over a (12) year period
    o The ability to teach Spiritual development to Elementary, Middle-School, and High-School students
    o The ability to properly recruit and assign mentors to our students

  • The Department of Debate and Performing Arts

    This department provides:
    o Remain consistent with the Department of Leadership Development allowing students positive outlets of expression through debate, dance, step, music, drama, rap, poetry/spoken word.
    o The ability to teach the various elements of debate and performing arts Elementary, Middle-School, and High-School students
    o Preparation for students for annual debates and performances

  • The Department of Human Resources/Project Development

    This department provides:
    o Sales/Marketing
    o Recruitment (prospective youth, volunteers, staff)
    o Project Development (program management/education curriculum, facility development)

  • The Department of Fundraising

    This department:
    o Maintains a (12) month fundraising calendar
    o Creates, administers, and follows through fundraising activities
    o Report and give an account of fundraising efforts, short- comings, and successes
    o Maintains the consistency of working with the RoleModels C.F.O, The Department of Human Resources/Project Development and other pertinent departments to the funding need of RoleModels University
    o Has the ability to cold call, email, and create a diversity of efforts that will bring consistent monies into RoleModels University over the internet and traditionally

  • The Department of RoleModels Motorcycle Association

    This department:
    o Has the ability to teach and train teenagers motorcycle riding, handling, and safety
    o Has the availability and willingness to coordinate and participate in meetings, recruiting, and benefit rides.

  • The Department of Food Pantry Preparation and Hospitality

    This department provides:
    o Food preparation for storage and serving
    o Maintain clean and sanitary work stations and work environment
    o Manage food pantry, duties include shopping at the food bank, keeping track of monthly numbers (number of students served, pounds of food purchased, etc) while keeping to a budget

    Hospitality

    o Event Greeters
    o Classroom monitors
    o Flexible chaperones for various events, functions, banquets
